is our professional charge for securing permits, arranging
disinterment, state health department fee ($5), etc.
Additional charges may include the opening and closing of
the grave at disinterment site, container, the opening and
closing of the grave at interment site, mileage, cemetery
fees, etc.
BODY SENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL................................ This
charge includes transfer of remains to funeral home, (40
mile radius) or personnel to receive remains at the funeral
home, embalming and shelter of remains and professional staff
services for handling of body and necessary paperwork. This
does NOT include the transportation to Grand Forks, ND 568
miles charged per mile. FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME.............. This
charge includes transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming,
casketing of remains and limited services of funeral
director and staff and necessary authorizations. It
does NOT include casket, an air tray, any transportation other
than initial transfer to funeral home nor any of the services
of the staff or use of facilities for any ceremonies prior
to forwarding the body. RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME.............. This
charge includes limited services of funeral director and
staff, shelter of remains, and transportation to cemetery
within Phillips County. CASKETS........................... A
complete price list will be provided at the funeral home. OUTER BURIAL CONTAINERS............... A
