includes services of funeral director and staff, additional
services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other
preparation of the body, use of facilities for viewing, transfer
of remains to funeral home, hearse to and from church, flower
vehicle, funeral ceremony in facility outside funeral home,
transportation to crematory,
cremation. Mileage
outside Phillips County is Charged per mile one-way
per vehicle. This service
requires purchase of a casket. There
can be no deductions from this complete service. SERVICE # 2..................................................................... Funeral service in the funeral home chapel: Service
includes services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other
preparation of the body, use of facilities for funeral ceremony
and staff supervision, use of facilities for viewing, transfer
of remains to funeral home, flower vehicle, transportation to
crematory, cremation. Mileage outside Phillips County is Charged per
mile one-way per vehicle. This service requires purchase
of a casket. There can be no deductions from this complete
service.
SERVICE # 3..................................................................... Cremation followed by Memorial Service: Service
includes services of funeral director and staff, other preparation
of the body, use of facilities for viewing, transfer of
remains to funeral home, flower vehicle, transportation to
crematory, cardboard box for cremation. Mileage outside Phillips County
is $1.75 per mile one-way per vehicle. This service requires purchase
or of an casket or alternative container. There
can be no deductions from this complete service. An
additional ceremony such as a rosary service may be included
in any of these traditional services. DIRECT CREMATION................................................................. Our
charge for a direct cremation without any ceremony includes
removal of and temporary shelter of remains, necessary
service of staff and authorization and transportation
to crematory within Phillips County. (additional
miles are charged per mile one-way) If
you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an unfinished
wood box or an alternative container. Alternative containers
can be of materials like cardboard or composition materials
(with or without outside covering). 1.
