Roy is survived by his brother, Dennis Webb of Campbell, California; a special niece, Gabrielle Fidiam-Smith of Los Gatos, California; numerous friends in Malta and California.
Roy was born June 18, 1937 in Malta, the son of Golden L. and Yvonne (Dionne) Webb. He was raised and educated in Malta, graduating from the Malta High School in 1955. He attended college for two years, before working in different factories in California. He lived in California until he retired in the mid 1990’s, when he returned to Malta. Roy enjoyed working on and restoring older cars and loved his old jeep.

All the girls at 3 Sisters will miss Roy. He came in almost everyday for an ice cream cone. We will think of him often when we dip a Maple Nut Cone!!

My Dad ( Whitey) & Roy had some great times at THE Hitcin Post keeping track of the waitresses and just talking &pestering each other. Our sympathy to the family, he was a fun man.
