Hoover Hasler, 82, a retired cook from the nursing home, died at
the Hi-Line Retirement Center of natural causes.At her request there are no services planned. Kirkwood Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Condolences for the family may be left at www.kirkwoodfuneralhome.com.
Margaret was born December 27, 1928 in Malta, the daughter of Cloy and Minnie (Nelson) Hoover. She was raised and educated in Malta. She worked in the kitchen at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Malta from the time it opened until she retired. She enjoyed volunteering at the food bank and spending time in her garden.
She is survived by her sons, Dean Hasler of Chinook and Ross (Jo) Hasler of Malta; two grandsons, Kevin and Lance Hasler of Malta.
She was preceded in death by special friend, Dan Hammond; her parents; five sisters, Delpha Wilson, Olive Peterson, Elsie Lind, Ruth Olson, Yavonne Nelson; and two brothers, Glen and Norman Hoover.

I'm so sad to hear of cousin Marjorie's passing. She was very kind and a link for me to my grandmother's family, the last of "Aunt Minnie's" children. My sincere sympathy to her loved ones.
