MALTA- Kelly Eugene Borch, age 56, passed away April 28th at the Hi-line Retirement Center from complications from pneumonia.

Kelly was born December 20, 1954 in Medford Oregon. He graduated from Crater High School in Central Point, Oregon. After suffering from bacterial encephalitis at age 20, he lived with his parents before moving into the Hi-line Retirement Center in 2009.
Kelly is preceded in death by both parents June and Richard Borch and a sister Robin Borch. He is survived by one sister Susan Higgins.
