Josh was born Sept. 12, 1994 in Havre, Montana the son of Jody S. Mann and Jamie Allery. He lived life to the fullest and was treasured and loved by all. He had his dad’s competitive nature and excelled at wrestling and baseball. Josh won the 98 pound State Wrestling Championship in 2010 and was part of the Team Montana at Disneyworld that year. He was an accomplished bow hunter and would set for hours in his tree stand on his beloved river bends in Malta. He drew a moose permit and bagged a bull moose with his Grandpas long bow. He and his dad were avid hounds men and loved his dogs.
For all who touched Josh in his travels, and there are many, Josh always held a special place for you in his heart. Josh was especially blessed to be associated with a tight knit wrestling community, the brotherhood of wrestlers and coaches across this state, who helped shape Josh’s life.
We are so proud of the young man you grew to be Josh, and loved you unconditionally. We will miss you every day of our lives.
Survivors include his father Jody Mann of Colstrip; mother and stepfather, Jamie and Tom Lambrecht of Fort Worth, Texas; sister Kayla Gilbert of Malta, brother Garrett Gilbert of Fort Worth Ryan & Gracie Lambrecht all of Fort Worth; grandmothers, Sis Mann of Butte, Pat Allery of Malta; great grandparents, Earl & Frances Slade, Rita and Bill Pray all of Malta; uncles, Justin Mann of Butte, Jason Allery of Glendive, aunt, Larissa Allery of Glendive.

There are no words to describe how we feel. We are thinking of you Jody and Sis. So thankful that we got to spend time with you both last year at Billings. We could see what a great young man he had become. You can be very proud of him. All we can hope is that he is up there hunting with Grandpa. If there are elk in heaven, they are in a heap of trouble.
Our thoughts are with you all.

In reading today's Great Falls Tribune and being a mother - I was heartsick to read your family's tragic news. I am sure that all parents around the State are hurting for you in this loss.
Yes, there is a God and Yes, there is a Heaven - but the going on living with someone gone is the hard part - My prayer for all of you is that God's loving comfort will be very real to each of you during this coming year and forever.
Remember this - some people will not say anything to you as they fear they will say the wrong thing - but they do care each time they see you they will be reminded of your loss <3

I personally do not know your family Joshua, but you wrestled with my grandson, Matthew Martinez from Laurel and he had great respect for you and is very sad to learn of your passing, I pray you have found peace with Jesus To the Mann Family, my heart breaks for you. Having lost a child myself I know how you are hurting and questioning "why". You may never find those answers here on earth but please know that others care and understand. I pray you find comfort and love in Jesus arms and know that whatever Joshua was sad about is now over and it is not your fault. God's Love Be with You.

Words can not express the sadness that we felt when we heard of Josh's passing. Our children are truly our deepest love of our lives. I can tell by his picture that he was a wonderful young man. He looked so much like you Jody. I know that you gave him the greatest of everything especially the adventures of the outdoors, that tradition that runs so deep in your family. Believe that he is with Smuck now, and so you know he is in good hands; Please take care of yourself Jody.
"God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next.
Amen.
All our love !
and prayers, May God Bless
