Malta resident, Jeremy James Bergos, 32, a laborer in the oil
industry, died early Wednesday morning following an automobile
accident just North of Malta.Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 27, at the Kirkwood Memorial Chapel in Malta. Interment of his cremated remains will be at a later date. Condolences for the family may be left at www.kirkwoodfuneralhome.com. Kirkwood Funeral home of Malta is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Allison Bergos of Glendive; son Kaden Bergos of Malta; daughters, Autumn Bergos of Malta, Ariana Bergos and Kara Neal of Glendive; mother, Kari and John Carnahan of Malta, father, Barry and Chris Bergos of Calgary; brothers, Dylan Bergos, Justin Carnahan Chris Carnahan and Shane Carnahan all of Malta, Shaun Carnahan of Bozeman; sisters, Shannon Purvis, Michelle Purvis of Calgary.
Jeremy was born August 23, 1979 in Billings the son of Barry and Kari (Totman) Bergos. He was raised and educated in Calgary, Alberta and moved to Malta in 1992, and graduated from Malta High School in 1999. He worked as a surveyor in seismograph, and also for Alme Pipe Line. He married his long time girl friend in February of 2011; they lived in Glendive since 2009. He was employed by C-TAP Industries. Jeremy was truly a kid at heart and enjoyed his children, nieces and nephews. He enjoyed fishing, camping, garage sales (it was such a good deal, I couldn’t pass it up) and antique collecting, traveling and video games. Jeremy had an outstanding sense of humor and always had his friends and family in stitches.
