October 7, of a heart attack in
Billings
.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, Oct. 12, at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church. A Vigil Service will be 7:00 P.M., Sunday at the
Church. Burial will be in the
Malta
Cemetery

Loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend was born August

The best days of his life were fishing with (late) Neil Waters and his
nephew Brock. Spending time with his family in
Billings
, Havre and anywhere else, He never met a stranger!
Bill loved his Camaro. His Greatest love was God. One of the biggest
accomplishments of his life was his fourth induction into the Knights of
Columbus.
Bill is survived by his loving mother and best friend Cleo Phillips,
Malta MT. Sisters Patricia Scheffelmaer (Robert),
Bridger
MT
, Marie Phillips, Malta MT, and June Phillips, Bridger MT. Son Jake,
Havre MT; daughter, Jolene Diaz, Billings MT; Grandchildren Lucas and
Tobias Diaz and Neveah Phillips; numerous nieces, nephews, and
great-nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Jake, Son Lance Demarais, and
Grandson Noah.
Bill touched so many people, in so many ways. Words cannot express how
much He will be missed. We love you and miss you “Uncle Bill”.
