MALTA-Mildred
L. Undheim, 82, a lifelong missionary, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009
at the
Phillips
County
Hospital
after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 11:00AM at the
Malta
Community
Church
. Interment will be in the
Malta
Cemetery

Georgia
and Carol Swartley of Park Rapids,
Minnesota
, sister-in-law Agnes White of
Bemidji

Minnesota
; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer Undheim on Feb. 4,
2009, parents Thomas & Elsie White; brother, Kenneth White,
brother-in-law, Coleman Denney, step father Linford Hanson and nephew
David Swartley.
Mildred Louise White was born in
Wadena County
,
Minnesota
to Thomas and Elsie (Roeske) White, on August 30, 1926. She attended
school in Otter Tail and
Wadena
Counties
. She graduated from Wadena high School and
St. Paul
Bible
College
. She served in
Minnesota
and in Hays,
Montana
to the Native Americans under the Christian Missionary Alliance.
She married Palmer Undheim of
Malta
on August 5th, 1978. She and Palmer served the Lord together,
through the local church, through the Child Evangelism Fellowship and
with the Morning cheer boxes of
Malta
.
Mildred enjoyed sharing life experiences through others and was always
interested in what was going on in your life. She was supportive, loving
and gracious to the end. She was a good and kind person. Mildred loved
the Lord with all her heart and soul and wanted for all to have a
personal relationship with Christ
